Our 2012 Show takes place on the 1st and 2nd September and Trade space is once again being offered on a first come/ first served basis. This letter is your invitation to apply for space.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of your completed booking form together with your cheque. Thus, there will be no argument regarding allocation of spaces as late comers will have to accept the space as allocated. Cost of trade space is £15 per metre of frontage, available in half-metre increments, all pitches are 12m deep.

Traders who spread their display space forward into the crowd area are asked to limit this to 2-3m maximum or book a larger trading space. Any vehicles, caravans, tents, etc. which cannot be accommodated within the booked pitch depth must go in the caravan area where pitches will be charged for and must be pre-booked.

To help you and us please note:

1. Your third party insurance must be in force;
2. Cheques should be made payable to HMAC, not to a named person;
3. Traders' receipts and passes will be sent out in July - please state clearly on the booking form how many staff passes you need;
4. If you sell radio control equipment please ensure Tx crystals are removed prior to handing the goods to customers and ensure no model land vehicles are on 35 meg. - spot checks are carried out.

Access to the site will be available from 2.00pm on Thursday 30th August 2012.
